Abhishek Bachchan is one happy man. The actor led an all-star football team in Dubai last week, where they played a match for charity against Emirates United in the Celebrity Football Cup 2022. So touched is the Guru star by the dedication of his All Stars Football Club teammates that he has now shared a special post praising the “boys”. In an Instagram video, Abhishek has shared a glimpse of their journey from Mumbai to Dubai, including several shots of Abhishek being the perfect mentor and captain as he encourages his players on the field. 

Sharing the video, Abhishek Bachchan said, “Last weekend All Stars Football Club flew to Dubai to play a match for charity. My love and regard for this bunch grow stronger every day. Their dedication, fighting spirit, camaraderie and immensely large hearts... Thank you, boys.” He added, “A special thanks to my brother Bunty S Walia and his team at GS Sports for always making all this possible and doing it seamlessly and so well.” 

In addition to Abhishek Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan the team also includes Aparshakti Khurana, Shabir Ahluwalia, Abhimanyu Dassani, Karan Wahi, Samir Kochhar, Dino Morea, Karan Veer Mehra, Harpreet Vir Baweja, Vivian Dsena, director Shashank Khaitan, tennis legend Leander Peas and celebrity photographer Rohan Shrestha. 

The official page of All Stars Football Club shared a photo recently of the team in Dubai. The post also has glimpses of Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan in action before and during the match. The caption said, “What a game day in Dubai looks like.”
